Please note that we also accept BACS and CHAPS payments, but for these we will only dispatch your order after payment is cleared.

Returns & Exchanges Procedures for UK and International Orders:

A return/exchange ticket number (RTN) must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The RTN can be requested by emailing us at customerservices@mishca.co.uk.
Goods must be delivered within 7 days of requesting the RTN for UK returns and 10 days for international returns.
For each item returned/exchanged, please fill in the returns form which will be sent to you upon your request of an RTN, stating the reason for which the item is being returned/exchanged.
All items ordered must be returned in one package using Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns/exchanges and FEDEX for International returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for any loss or damage which might occur as a result of your failure to follow this procedure.
For returns: Once we have received your goods in their original condition, we will automatically refund the card used to make the original purchase and you will be notified by email.
For exchanges: Once we have received your goods in their original condition, providing that the new item requested is in stock, we will immediately despatch your package with the new item. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email, and if you do not wish to exchange your item with a another, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
We regret that we are not able to return or exchange earrings for hygiene purposes.

Ordering

In order to purchase an item from Mishca Jewels London, please follow our guide below:

1. Add items that wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart.
2. If you are a new customer you will have to Create an Account with us. For returning customers please login in to your existing Account.
3. Go to checkout, in order to checkout with these items.
4. Enter your details in our One Page easy checkout.
5. Proceed to payment, ensuring that you have fully read our terms and conditions.
6. Upon checkout you confirm that you have fully read and consent to our terms of sale.
7. Upon confirmation that your purchase was successful, you will be able to download a copy of your purchase invoice for your records. A copy of the invoice is also available to download from the “My Account” section when you are logged into your account.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

1. We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro through the secure Sage Pay server.
Please note that we also accept BACS and CHAPS payments, but for these we will only dispatch your order after payment is cleared.

2. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT, so there will be no extra VAT charge at checkout.

3. If you have a promotional code which you would like to use, simply enter this code at checkout in order to use this promotional offer.

Viewing Orders

In order to view the status of your orders and account information, you can login to your account by clicking the Login or My Account link at the top of every page.
